Overview

Harzgipfel is on the upper floor, reached by the stairs, with around 60 square metres and sloped ceilings. The living room and kitchen share one open space with white kitchen units, a sofa, coffee table, round dining table and a 50-inch TV.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and there is tableware for children too. The bathroom comes with a steam shower, and there is a separate second toilet.

The bedroom has a large double bed and the living room a sofa bed, so up to four people can stay. Board games are on hand for rainy days, and all windows have external blinds or shutters, so you can darken the rooms whenever you like.

The house: Badestraße 20

The house at Badestraße 20 stands on a side street in Bündheim, a district of Bad Harzburg. It was completed in September 2021 after an extensive renovation and now has six holiday apartments for up to four, six or eight guests. Every kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, and every window has external blinds or shutters.

The house has a small courtyard, and fields and meadows start about 500 metres away. Restaurants and supermarkets are a few minutes away, public transport stops close by, and Bad Harzburg railway station is around 800 metres from the door.

Parking: Free public parking right by the house and on the street, no reservation needed.

  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
  • Parties and events are not allowed.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.
