Overview

This group offer lets you request the three apartments Harztraum 1, 2 and 3 in the front building at Albert-Bartels-Straße 30 together. Harztraum 1 and 2 are on the first floor and Harztraum 3 on the second. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, making six bedrooms across 200 m² in total.

Harztraum 1 has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, Harztraum 2 two bedrooms with a double bed each, and Harztraum 3 three bedrooms with a double bed, a large double bed and a single bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The bathrooms in Harztraum 1 and 3 have a bathtub.

Harztraum 2 and 3 have an oven and a dishwasher, and all three kitchens have a hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Each of the three apartments comes with a free parking space in the multi-storey car park about 100 metres away, and there is garden furniture and an outdoor dining area.

The house: Albert-Bartels-Straße 30/30a

The plot at Albert-Bartels-Straße 30 and 30a holds six holiday apartments for up to six guests. In the front building (No. 30), Harztraum 1 and 2 are on the first floor and Harztraum 3 on the second. In the rear courtyard, Harztraum 5 and the Loft Traumplatz (No. 30a) face each other, both on the ground floor, and Harztraum Tiny sits in the garden. Groups can also book Harztraum 1, 2 and 3 together.

The plot is in the town centre: the Culture & Congress Centre is about 200 metres away and the town hall around 500 metres, and a supermarket, bakery and cafés are a few minutes' walk. There is a courtyard and a garden with garden furniture. Bicycles can be left in the courtyard or in the bike room.

Parking: Each apartment includes exactly one parking space in the Contipark multi-storey car park at Pfarrstraße 43, about 100 metres from the house. Any further cars park in the same car park at the operator’s rates. You can stop briefly in front of the house to load and unload.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
  • Quiet time starts at 10 pm.
