Overview

Schlossblick sits on the second floor of Forckestraße 17 with views over the town and the hills. Its 90 m² hold two bedrooms with a large double bed, a third with a bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to eight guests, including a maximum of seven adults.

To relax, there is a sauna cabin, a fireplace and a bathtub in the bathroom. The bedrooms have blackout blinds, and for rainy days you will find board games, a PlayStation 4 and Netflix on the flat-screen TV.

The kitchen comes with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, and the wooden dining table sits in the living area. The garden at the house has a table, chairs and a bench. The town centre is only a few minutes away.

The house: Forckestraße 17

Forckestraße 17 has four holiday apartments from the ground floor up to the second floor, ranging from 55 to 130 m² and sleeping up to four, six or eight guests. The house has a garden with a lawn, a seating set and a bench, and an old photo shows it was already a holiday home about 100 years ago.

The town centre is about two minutes away, and shops, restaurants and pubs are a short walk. Wernigerode Castle is around 20 minutes on foot or 8 minutes by car. Schierke, where several hiking trails up the Brocken begin, is about a 20-minute drive.

Parking: Free parking in the signposted public side street “Auf der Marsch” right next to the house, no reservation needed. There is also bicycle parking at the house.
